Every day for as long as I can remember, I used shower gel twice a day to wash under my foreskin.
After reading some of the posts on this site, I decided to only use warm water and a gentle rub with my fingers instead. Its been a few weeks now and its feels kinda nice. I feel just as clean. I haven’t noticed any smell and my foreskin and glands feel even more luxurious.

I have used cool or warm water only for many years. Before washing my hair I make sure my foreskin covers all–soap is a real irritait.
Using soap to clean off the head under the foreskin can really be an irritant all right, especially if it gets inside the pee hole. Warm water is all that is needed.
