Went to see my Doctor yesterday.
She has referred me to see a urologist.
Will let you know what happens when i get the appointment.
Mark
Got an appointment at the Urology department in a few weeks, will let you know what they think needs to be done.
Mark
Appointment is on Tuesday, so only a couple of days now.
Not sure what to expect to happen, but i assume the Urologist will inspect my foreskin and suggest the best course of action.
I hope they can do something to help without resorting to circumcision.
Mark
Been for the appointment and they say that because my skin is so tight the only option is to be circumcised.
Shame because I was hoping to avoid it but they went through all the alternatives and we decided that they were not suitable in my case.
So into day surgery in a few weeks time to have the snip.
Mark
Hi homesparky, do keep us all up to date on the outcome of your ‘op’ - were/are you able to have any ‘say’ in the procedure? Like 'leave a little skin?
Do say how it is going for you.
Lee
Hoping to get some say in how much they cut, would like as little as possible removed.
Op is in a few weeks.
Will let you all know the outcome.
Just go here and you will find many ways to relieve tight foreskin other than circumcision.

It sounds as though you would be an excellent candidate for preputioplasty, especially since you do not want a circumcision.

It’s too late now, poor guy.
With today’s knowledge of the incredible value of the intact penis; of the rich supply of nerves within Taylor’s ridged bands, located just within the opening of the foreskin, anything, even phimosis, is preferable to amputation. And there’s no such thing as a “partial” circumcision. Remove any bit of the penis and it’s just another case of genital mutilation. Foreskin restoration is great, but it will never bring back Taylor’s ridged bands.
i think i have a tight foreskin ll tho when i pull it back it stings like hell the smegma on it and air hits it when pulled back it botheres me that i might have to get my skins removed idk what else to do

They’ll teach you how to stretch your foreskin opening to permit normal retraction. The inner foreskin is highly sensitive to touch, but nerves in the glans largely register pain, only. The glans is meant to be touched only by sopping wet vaginal tissue, so anything else touching it, even a breeze, will register pain. Lubricate your fingers if you have to touch your glans …
