I have heard that some can produce smegma But for the most part Id say No sorry the glands that produce that have been cut away or killed of the the circ process a s far as i know . scoop

I am aware of a user and he is really thrilled by the greater sensitivity that has developed…Ii can’t say it’d allow for smegma to be created
however, it is worth a try.
I imagine that, if you restore your foreskin by non-surgical foreskin restoration, then you should be able to make at least a little smegma.
I can’t remember the last time I produced smagma,… Oh perhaps when it was during my foreskin stretching days and having an over abundance of foreskin. I remember the wad of skin would vibrate every time I moved or just walked.
Being a wanker with an uncut penis, i have a very smeggy/fishy and cheesy penis all the time, which i like. i wank alot and keep it cheesy smelling and have lots of thick smegma under my purple head which i wank with. great smell for me to wank on my cheesy penis and creates great room smell of cheese and wank smells. its a personal preference and i know not everyone like it, but im happy being a wanker and keeping my penis cheesy and funky.
