An uncut guy will always have some degree of odor because of the foreskin covering the head of the penis! The ‘dick cheese’ is medically called ‘smegma’. You’re so right. Mild soap and water is the best. I shower and wash my dick every day and make sure I dry it well. I pull back the skin when I pee and dry to wipe dry after. I don’t know about the smegma. I don’t seem to notice any because I wash every day. Some guys I guess don’t pull back their skins when washing and peeing, because they want that dick cheese scent. If you got any opinion on this let me know.
I had all of these foreskin problems, a little cheesey but always washed with soap and water a couple of tim es aa day and it was enough, unforatrunately it was a little tight and i had to had it removed, must say i miss the foreskin, its a different looking dick now
I wash with a medicated soap and water but not every day. Some times I leave my hood alone for a day or three to get it a bit greasy I find the smell a turn on but I never let it build up too much cheese. My partner loves me to have a bit of a smell too. I have also read that the natural oils produced is thought by some to offer healing benefits and protection to infections! I keep my foreskin permanently retracted, not for hygiene reasons, but because its too sensitive for direct touch when in its moist/covered state.
