hello scoop here I did a story of how i first saw another foreskin back in the dark ages of everyone should be cut I never did find many in my highschool who were uncut id say 98 or 99% were all cut kids . I joined the military wanted to fly but did not want the army so i got lucky and got into the air force their again not many uncuts so most of my AF career was with out foreskins their was one while i was in thailand a real jock so it wa s hard to talk with him just look but in the military i never ask around not at all. towards the end and i had been about 10 yrs now while stationed out at Edwards AFB folks still lived in Orange CO i ran a cross some news papers where i did find a few uncuts i always liked mine out of the area so i never got cought you see the add and write down the secret # send it in and they mail it to the address you requested that was ok but it usually took forever to get a reply back if you got one . then a fella by the name of Bud Berkely started a club called USA (Uncircumcised Society of America) and the uncut guys were small case type and the Cut guys were all CAPS so you knew in the address book that was published who was or was not cut . later Bud published a news letter called " foreskin quartly " and Joe Tiffenbach was the photographer and then it went slick copy nice with color and the stories with Dr skinon and it talk about guys who had some issues like being phimosed or what it like after Circs and some about restoration . well some time after all that i finally got out of the AF and was a full time civilian so that pressure of dont ask dont tell was off my chest as well I also got hooked up with Marylin Malos of NO Circ I was living in the central valley by now and the no circ group was meeting in San Francisco so i attended a lot of the meetings direct It was their i also met with Wayne R. Griffin and i Even met with some of the others like Jim Bigelow who published the “Joy of uncircumcision” But back then Wayne was using the foreballs and tape medoth to restore foreskins a lot has happend since then and i met with Jothan Star who thru Dr greer in TX did the first surgical restoration that was ugly and another A " Joe " and i forgot his last name i think it started with a “S” he had some bad luck with his restoration surgery so i was convinced streching was the way to go like Wayne had said and no cutting mine worked out well it took some time but mine is now covered usually between 90 to 98% of the time Well Living in New Mexico now their a lot more uncuts here which is nice but over the years i also learned a lot about foreskins and yes id still wish i was able to keep the origional equipment its still better than restored I am Bi but lean towards guys still love my flreskins can never get enough I was lucky t attend the 2 international symposium on circumcision so was their for that and this last july they held the 11 international symposium on circumcision I also seen a lot of anti foreskin groups pop up . I am glad that San Francisco is trying to pass a law to stop all circumcisions but people are funny for sure hope it passes Scoop
