I think it is BAD. I have never had it. I understand from what I have read that it is a buildup of the dead cells mixed with the normal secretions. You can still clean or rinse inside your foreskin and not have smegma, but you will still retain the nice natural man smell.

My wife, friends or I don’t care for the smell or moistness. I keep it clean all the time. I like to retract when I go to sleep or time to time during the day and this airs it out so when I leave it covered during the day it stays some what dry but moist enough.
