  1. Why do intact, natural, unmutilated guys continue to refer to themselves as “uncircumcised”?
    I am not “uncircumcised”, I am intact, just as I am not “undead”.
    To uncircumcise is to reverse the mutilation and damage done by circumcision in a process to try and restore the foreskin.

indeed, speaking of being UNcircumcised implies a bit as if being cut is “normal” and uncut something of uncommon or unnatural, or still waiting to be cut…

well i would fall in that category of uncircumcised but we usualy like to prefure restored…i cant say intact even though i want to. but thats life.

Sharako is right: he uncircumcised himself when he reversed his circumcision, i.e. retored his foreskin. Visit the many websites telling the poor circumcised guys how to get uncircumcised, a.k.a. as foreskin restoration websites.
Also, I wish the term “uncut” will fall away, since it implies that being cut is normal, whereas being normal is actually to be intact. (Refer to similar words in English: uneducated is not educated, unfair is not fair, etc. etc.) All the un---- words have a negative connotation.

Hi, All you chaps having post-modern linguistic gymnastics over the terms “uncircumcised”,“uncut” and “intact”.I’m uninhibited: it doesn’t mean that to be inhibited is “Normal” any more than to say one is uncircmcised is to imply that to be circumcised is “Normal”.What it does say is,that one is not mutilated!

I Agree. An unspoiled wilderness is a wilderness that is in its natural state. I am uncircumcised because I have NOT been circumcised.
