What is your guys CI number on the Coverage Index? Mine is a CI-7. Is that average for foreskin coverage?

My index number is CI-9. Penis is 3 inches flaccid and just over 6 iinches erect.

I am about 3 soft, 6 hard and a definite C9 or better with lots of overhang soft and some whae hard too.

I’m definitely between CI-9 and 10. When soft I have lots of extra overhang, and when I’m fully hard a little bit of the head peeks out from underneath.

As for measurements (I recently took exact measurements for an unrelated purpose) I’m 4 3/4" soft, just shy of 6 1/2" hard, and about 6 1/4" around.

I’m Asian (Chinese) and I’m not sure of my CI. I usually wear the foreskin retracted, unless I’m showing off at the urinals or changing rooms! When forward, the tiniest bit of glans is peeking thru. I dunno what CI this is, but there u go! Oh…when erect, the foreskin covers only half the glans. Often, it slides back completely by itself.

To answer first questions first, as already stated in the Sticky: Coverage Index ie. Foresking Length in Member Introductions I only have something between CI-3 and CI-4, maybe rather like CI-3 because it rolls back most of the time, but there is a small amount I can pull over my head.
Take a look at the pics in the gallery to judge for yourself and tell me wich one to choose, because I definately can’t tell.

As to your second question I found the following survey on foreskin lengths on the internet: http://www.aboutcirc.com/skintype.htm. Although it was only taken in Australia, I think it might give a good guess at what worldwide distribution could be like, as I don’t think there would be big differences in that.
Since it doesn’t use the same classification of foreskin lengths as the CI it might not give information as precisely as requested, but I think it could be roughly summed up as:

30% CI-10, CI-9
50% CI-8, CI-7
8% CI-6, CI-5, CI-4
12% CI-3, CI-2, CI-1

As shown by the example of the difficulty in telling the right ammount of foreskin I have on my own dick using CI-numbers, you might end up with a completely different mapping of CI-numbers to the classification in the survey above, so better look it up for yourself, but at least I might have gotten it ALMOST right.

Growing up I was a CI-10 because I use to masturbate a lot with my skin pulled forward and always tugged on the foreskin.
