My foreskin always stays just a bit wet underneath. Sometimes I have a lot of precum and it gets a lot wetter. And yes, I like the wetness. I think it is normal.
My wife and I don’t care for the moistness. I keep it clean all the time. I like to retract when I go to sleep or time to time during the day and this airs it out so when I leave it covered during the day it stays some what dry but moist enough. I have my hygein, sensitivity, looseness and length dialed in the way I like it.
I always seem to have a certain amount of moisture under my foreskin when I pull it back. When I get sexually aroused and the precum starts to flow, I have much more.
I think it is normal to have some wetness under the foreskin.
Cum to think of it, when I’m on here reading all this stuff the forums has it makes me fill my foreskin full of thick clear pre-cum. I have to get up, lean over the toilet and retract my foreskin and watch all the juices come pouring out. Then I’d wipe myself clean again only to go back and do it again. I guess this would be a form of edging I don’t know but it keeps flowing and flowing and flowing.
It seems to me that uncut guys produce a lot more precum than the cut guys. I don’t think that can be proved scientifically, but that is my impression.
I beleive you are correct. At the beginning of my experimental phase, I was only attracting all the cut guys and rarely ran across anyone who was uncut. If I did, it was a very rare and a treat. Anyways, when we undressed after a long session of chatting etc, I would expect their underwear to be wet at the front from pre-cum but most were dry and only a few had dots. No one was dripping the stuff like I was from my foreskin. I often got embarrased and would retract and wipe my cock head clean with my breifs before removing them. I do remember a guy catching me do it and he said next time to leave it because he enjoyed playing with it all lubbed up. I learned later that it made for a lot of foreskin foreplay by them and I never wipe anymore.
I usually stay a bit moist under my foreskin. When I urinate, I sometimes pinch the tip so that pee flows back into my foreskin and gives my head a warm bath.
